My stay at Puerto Nirvana Resort was a mix of pleasant experiences and some inconveniences. The staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful, especially when it came to our team-building activities and dining arrangements. However, I did encounter issues such as understaffing leading to slow service and cleanliness problems in my room.
I found the room to be a bit neglected in terms of cleanliness, with dirty fingerprints on light switches and overall maintenance not meeting my expectations.
The staff were friendly and accommodating, arranging everything for our group activities and even adjusting our booking date without extra fees, which I appreciated.
The resort is ideally located close to the pier and provides easy access for tours around Puerto Galera, which made our travel plans much smoother.
While the buffet food was delicious, I felt the limited options for the free breakfast could be improved; it lacked variety and quality.
The facilities were basic, and a power outage at 5am was frustrating as the generator was not turned on promptly. This made the maintenance feel lacking.

My stay at Puerto Nirvana Resort was pretty disappointing. The room was old and not very clean, and the infinity pool was unavailable; when it was cleaned, the water still looked dirty, so we didn't even get to swim. However, the staff was accommodating, and the location was decent, but the restaurant was often understaffed and the breakfast was lackluster.
The Family Room we stayed in felt worn out and wasn't very clean. The blankets had stains, and it just didn't match the vibe I expected.
Service was lacking. The staff seemed overwhelmed and communication was tough; I often had to chase someone down to get help.
The resort is in a good spot, but White Beach was crowded and not as nice as I had hoped. The beaches we saw during island hopping were way better.
Dining was disappointing. The breakfast was very basic and overpriced, and the restaurant was often hard to get service from.
Facilities were poorly maintained. The infinity pool was treated while we were there, but the cleanliness wasn't up to par, and I had to ask multiple times for basic amenities.
